How demo requests are handled.
We use submitted contact details only to respond to your request and arrange a walkthrough. Do not include patient or medical information.
What we receive
When you submit the form, its contact details and walkthrough preferences are sent to the fixed Helixtra team inbox using Cloudflare Email Service. Retention of the notification email is managed separately by that mailbox.
Delivery records
The delivery ledger does not retain submitted form fields. It stores HMAC-derived identifiers, a request reference, delivery status, timestamps and the provider message ID. Accepted receipts expire after seven days.
If the email provider's response is ambiguous, a minimal duplicate-prevention fence may remain indefinitely. The site does not automatically resend an ambiguous request. This fence contains no submitted form fields.
