Cancellation
Subscription cancellation terms.
These are the approved terms for cancelling a Helixtra subscription.
Stopping renewal
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal, and access continues through the paid-through date.
Cancellation is not a refund
Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment. Refunds follow the Refund & Returns terms.
Requesting cancellation
To request cancellation, use the contact channel. No self-service cancellation mechanism or response turnaround is promised.
To request or ask about cancellation, use the contact page: Contact us.
