Refund request terms.

These are the approved terms for subscription refund requests.

Refund request eligibility

A full-refund request is eligible within 14 calendar days of the first subscription payment, or while a one-time payment link remains unfulfilled.

Later renewal payments are refundable only for duplicate or confirmed billing errors.

After an approved full refund, access continues through the paid-through date.

Physical returns do not apply to a digital clinic platform.

This page states refund eligibility only. No refund processing method or turnaround is promised.
